The requirements for some parts are better achieved by using vibratory electroplating units. Solution exchange is optimized because the parts are not in an enclosed barrel.
The vibratory motion is gentler and better suited for delicate parts. Thickness distribution including ID coverage is also enhanced utilizing the vibratory plating process.
Although vibratory plating is very useful in achieving desired results, not all parts are candidates for this type of electroplating.
The AEP plating staff has the knowledge and experience to determine what plating process works best in meeting the required parameters.
