AEP has an experienced, expert Customer Service team that is committed to assisting our customers and potential customers regarding any questions or concerns that may arise in the course of doing business with AEP.

This includes status of existing orders, new inquiries, pricing, surveys, setting up visits / audits, billing and payment terms. They can setup and maintain stocking and Kanban systems.

Customer Service oversees our Production Control and this along with the use of our barcode and ERP system enables our customer to communicate directly to the personnel scheduling our workload.

They will if the situation warrants bring in other AEP personnel to assist with any issues to attain Total Customer Satisfaction.
